Slo Collection

The slo plates were designed in collaboration with Miliana Sesartic after a long trip in Italy. In brief, the difference in culture was the portions that people were eating in relation to how active people were. When we came back to Montreal we went back to our old routine, and we had the idea through our food class to look at what are the cues around us that mislead us to over eat and how we can save ourselves from a couple hundred calories without having to struggle through a "diet".

The end result was a playful way to look at food placement within a plate. a creative way to notice quantity yet still choose to eat what you want. it's not what you eat, but how much you eat from it.
